We have 2 business models currently:   
Corporate Model: We provide our services to corporations and their employees with onsite representation (our executives work out of our clients’ offices)

Retail Model: We provide our entire range of services to our retail members at their doorstep – anyone can sign on and become a member for an annual fee

We currently operate in Mumbai / Pune / Delhi . We will soon be operational in all the major cities in India.

About the founders

	CHAITANYA SINH
	(Managing Director)

Chaitanya is a serial entrepreneur and passionate sportsman. He graduated from the Cathedral & John Connon School (I.C.S.E. 1987 & I.S.C. 1989) and went on to pursue a business degree at the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School of Business (1993). Chait then worked as an equity trader focusing on GDR’s and their underlying shares in India for companies such as Bear Stearns, IFM Asset Management and Nomura.

In 1998 Chait began his first entrepreneurial venture – Quest Resorts Pvt. Ltd. which was to be India’s first OMD centre located on the outskirts of Mumbai. In 2003 the concept of corporate concierge services was conceived – the booming Indian BPO market followed by the fantastic “India Story” were the catalysts for making the dream a reality.

Chait is also the former India rugby captain and is an ardent follower of all sports.

	ZULFIQUAR TYEBJEE

After finishing his schooling from Cathedral & John Connon School from the year 1969-1983, he completed his higher education from Albright College-USA in BS Marketing from the year 1984-1989. From 1990-1996, he was the Head of Special Projects at the Indian Express Newspapers, and worked on:

Strategy of the group (largest newspaper group in India) beyond publishing Conceptualized foray into Multimedia Implemented the strategy across 11 cities in India

 From 1996-2002 he was CEO, Clubnet Services Pvt. Ltd. where he worked on:

Start up company- India’s first Cellphone Rental company, in partnership with Hutch (currently Vodafone) Largest retail sales arm of ICICI Bank for their financial products

From 2002 till date he is Director, A La Concierge Services Pvt. Ltd.
